Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQs
We’re not happy until you’re happy—if you’re dissatisfied in any way with your print calendar or other physical products we would be happy to offer you a return or exchange. Customer pays all return & exchange shipping.
Returns – We accept returns for refund or exchange with proof of purchase (order # or customer name). Please note refunds will only be issued for products which arrive in like-new, saleable condition.
Exchange – If you bought the wrong item, we’re happy to swap it out for the right one. Please contact us with your order number and desired replacement.
Refunds – All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
All digital sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. If you need help deciding which .pdf version of the calendar to purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order or read more about season length here.
Digital purchases are available for immediate download. Most physical products ship in under 3 business days. If you have received a tracking link that says “label pending” please check the link again in 24-48 hours as the postal software can take awhile to update once it leaves our hands.

Digital Purchase & Account FAQs
No! I know that I personally hate it when I’m shopping online and a retailer doesn’t allow guest checkout. You will never be required to login to our site to complete a purchase. We offer customer accounts as a courtesy to those shoppers who would like to view their past downloads all in one place.
I have no way to access that information. If have forgotten your password, you can reset it at the login screen. Check your spam or junk folder for the password reset email. If it does not arrive, you do not have a WolfHillPress.com account under those credentials.
You may be trying to use credentials from our old webstore. For the security of customers’ emails, we were not able to import user accounts when we set up the new webstore. If you are not able to login, reset your password or create a new account.
Your download is available as a clickable download link at time of purchase and in your order confirmation email–check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it. If you check out while logged in, you can also view your downloads in your “My Account” tab.

Miscellaneous Questions
We do not have our own storefront at this time, although you may find us at various outdoor vending fairs around Upstate NY during the spring and fall. You can also find our Gardening by the Moon calendar at many fine nurseries, farm supply, bookstores, and grocers around the country.
What a great question! We have three: Takos, Dïno, and Sleipnir. But if you’re allergic, don’t worry—we keep them out of the room where we store create, store, and ship our inventory 🙂
Wolf Hill Press is the pride and joy of its worker-owners, Maxx and Toby, but it is also something we fit in around more traditional employment. We each work full time in education and to keep functioning as a business, we have to prioritize getting shipments packaged and to the post office before closing, and we can’t always get to our phone messages during polite calling hours. Because we can answer emails at odd hours, we can get back to you more quickly via email than phone, but our response time always varies depending on the time of year. During the fall and winter retail season, we respond to most messages in 1-3 business days.
We rarely have the time or inclination to be on social media and encourage you to contact us by email instead.
We do our best to ship all retail orders in 1-3 business days. Handbound items like books and journals may take longer depending on whether we have it in stock or are printing & binding it to order. We do everything in house, including shipping, and if one or both of us is out sick we may fall behind. We know that you have other options when shopping online and we appreciate you choosing to support a small business where the workers are treated with dignity and the artists have ultimate control over how their work is distributed.
Please double check that you have ordered a physical product before contacting us to ask after your shipment. Occasionally people purchase the cheaper .pdf calendars and expect a physical wall calendar in the mail.
We do sell wholesale. There is a $50 minimum order. If you place a wholesale order that does not meet the $50 minimum, your order will be canceled. If you are ordering to resell and have never ordered from us before, you must include your state-issued reseller’s number or we will be obliged to charge you sales tax.
