If you do not have a printer, you can write down the following information on a piece of paper and send it in with your check or money order:

• Your Name and Shipping Address
• Calendars Desired – Quantity and Season Length

Calendars by mail are $19 each.

Shipping on orders of less than $120 is $10. Shipping on orders of more than $120 is $20.

NYS residents add 8% sales tax.
