• $50 order minimum (5-9 calendars): 40%
• $100 order minimum (10-25 calendars): 45%
• $250 order minimum (26-55 calendars): 50%
• $500 order minimum (56-125 calendars): 55%
• $1000 order minimum (126+ calendars): 60%
